No. Goose A.I provisions Azure OpenAI resources directly inside your client's own Azure subscription. Their data is processed within their environment. Nothing transits through our servers.
Yes, completely. Each client organization gets its own logo, brand name, primary and secondary colors, UI theme, and custom subdomain. End users never see the Goose A.I name unless you want them to.
We support ConnectWise, NinjaOne, and Syncro natively. The integrations pull tickets directly into the client portal and allow clients to view and comment on their support requests.
